Clinical Supervision at Telos Counseling Group

Clinical supervision for mental health professionals is a critical component of their professional development. It involves a collaborative and structured process where a more experienced supervisor provides guidance, support, and feedback to supervisees. Through clinical supervision, mental health professionals can enhance their clinical skills, gain insight into their therapeutic approach, navigate ethical dilemmas, and ensure quality care for their clients. It provides a confidential space for reflection, learning, and growth, ultimately contributing to the effectiveness and competence of mental health professionals in their practice. At Telos we specialize in systemic supervision and are proud to offer AAMFT Approved Supervision under the mentorship of an AAMFT Approved Supervisor.
